Speaker 1:

Lord, you know you listen on the place of word. The radio is the best. We'll see you next week. Your name, your name, your name. Hello and welcome to Plays on Word Radio, where we discuss, analyze, work and play on the Word of God. Thank you for joining us on this excursion. Today let's join Pastor Teddy, also known as Fred David Kenny Jr, the founder of Plays on Word Theater, as he does a deep dive into the Word of God. Yeah, Amen.

Speaker 2:

Amen. Thank you very much, josh. Mr Josh Taylor and Katie Kenney. Welcome to Plays on Word Radio. My name is Fred David Kenney Jr. We are going to continue with our music episode. Yeah, we're going to continue playing some of the songs from the plays and some of the bonus tracks. Volume 2 has not officially been out yet, although it was done in 2022. It will be out. We have another album that's brewing and, yeah, we're settling right now. As soon as we get the studio situation settled, we're going to be cranking it out again.

Speaker 2:

So you know, in the Dan play, when Daniel interprets a dream of Nebuchadnezzar, before he does he asks for time because Nebuchadnezzar was having everybody killed. He was going to have all the wise men. They were done finished, their goose was cooked, they were finished, and he was going to have them all killed. And Daniel asked for just a little bit of time and he got with Hanani, mishael and Azariah, otherwise known as Shadrach, meshach and Abednego, and they prayed and petitioned God for the answer. I mean, what the king asked for was basically ridiculous. He said I want you to tell me the interpretation of my dream. First of all, I want you to tell me what my dream was. And then tell me the interpretation. These guys were on his payroll. He had been paying them, paying their mortgages, paying for their car loans, paying everything, their clothes, everything, these wise men. And he really put them to the test. And he was like, listen, if you don't, you're all done. And poor Daniel and his boys I mean, they're young kids, they're in college, in high school, college thing there to be wise men. And they got caught up in this mess and he was like, well, let's pray about this. And they prayed and during the night the dream was revealed to Daniel. But not only was the dream revealed to him, the interpretation of the dream was revealed to them as well. And they were excited. They were so excited, I mean, they had to be elated, because this is a matter of life and death.

Speaker 2:

And that's where this song, shout, comes from. Sometimes we feel like words just can't say what is on our hearts comes from, for reaching down into this world we find ourselves in. So we want the world to hear us loud and clear. We're gonna shout, get it out, shout the praises of our God. And there's no doubt what it's about, about the worship of the Lord. Yeah, come on, woo, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Now that you've effectively begun to express your praises for the King of Kings, the God of Gods, the Lord of Lords, the Savior of the world, let the worship come from deep inside the praise and thanksgiving. Don't, don't, don't hold back, don't you hide, shake the doorpost up in here. We're gonna shout and get it out and shout the praises of our God, and there's no doubt About the person of God. Come on, sing it, church. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, Hallelujah, hallelujah. It's about the words of our Lord, our God, our God, lord, even if we did not have our voices, our hearts would still. Our hearts would still shout your praises. So we're gonna shout. Get it out, shout the praises of our God. Hallelujah to the Lord. Get it out, shout the praises of our God. There's no doubt what it's about About the worship of the Lord. We're gonna shout. Come on, put your hands together, church. Come on, about the worship of the worship of the Lord. Come on, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. About the worship of the Lord, our God, yeah, amen, yeah, oh. The extended version of that is sweet. It continues, it keeps going.

Speaker 2:

I played those drums, man, oh man. My kit was tuned Sounded good. I was in it when I was recording the drums on that. If I had to play that right now I wouldn't be as tight, I wouldn't be able to do it. But yeah, I was locked in on that one. And the bass for you bass players, I tuned the bass down to D on that. That's how I was able to drop on that. But I enjoyed playing those parts, the instruments and producing it. And the shouting part is the Calvary Chapel Living Water in New Jersey. The youth group I got them, incorporated them on that and the worship team did a few of the chorus crowd chorus sounds on that. So that was a lot of fun. We got those guys. They didn't know what was going on. I just set the mics up and told them what to sing. So it was really cool. But yeah, let's continue. Y'all Speaking of living water.

Speaker 2:

How could we receive love when we were not lovable? How could you then be so graceful unto us, lord? Your love can be so overwhelming. How you washed away our shame. Now that we believe, let your living water flow like rain. Let your living water flow. We once were blind, but now we know that you are worthy of all praise. You're so worthy, worthy, and let your living water flow straight through my heart into my soul. Holy to the Lord, holy, holy, tell me how did you proclaim us not guilty when we were taking all our shame? You loved us from the cross and you never, never let go, Even when we caused you pain. Thank you, cause now your living water flows like rain.

Speaker 2:

Let your living water flow Because we once were blind. But now we know that you are worthy of all praise. You're worthy, worthy, and let your living water flow straight through my heart, into my soul as we cry holy to the Lord. Holy, we cry holy, holy to the Lord. We cry holy, like we never cried before. So let the water flow, living water flow. Let the water flow, living water flow, worthy of all praise, worthy, worthy. Let your living water go Straight from your heart into my soul and we sing holy to the Lord. Let your living water flow. Lord, you are worthy of all praise, worthy, worthy. And let your living water flow Straight into my heart as we cry holy to the Lord. Yeah, you are so worthy. Oh Lord, I give you all my praise. Hallelujah, thank you. Oh, my praise. Yes, thank you Jesus, hallelujah, thank you, jesus, thank you Lord, yes, lord, thank you Jesus.

Speaker 1:

Thank you Lord, thank you Jesus.

Speaker 2:

Thank you, lord. Yes, yes, yes, we're going to continue with the song that we recorded mostly in North Carolina before we were down here. We actually wrote it when we were down here, recorded the vocals back up in New Jersey, I think, and I think we had Team Jupenga, nick and Gina, and we had who else did we have? We had Santos come out, I think Phil Sinclair came out, shuggie Jackie Morgan came out and sang and got on some vocals. Autumn Intesso was on vocals on this one and I don't think I'm forgetting anybody. If I am, please forgive me.

Speaker 2:

Oh, bill and Louise, that's right, bill and Louise also. That's right, bill, bill, louise also, ha ha, yeah, amen, worthy, worthy of all of my praise Are you, lord. You have fully erased my sin and made me into something new Gone now. No more dirt, no more shame. And how you took our hurt, took our pain. Oh Lord, there is no one like you.

Speaker 2:

God, you made diamonds from coal. You've made me whole. You've turned water into wine. There was darkness. Now you're shining. You're light in every part of my soul. You made diamonds from coal. Worship, worship, is what we bring to you, to our Lord. God and King, we join all heaven in proclaiming glory. And if the door pulls shape, then so be it. And if the whole earth quakes, then we'll lead it In the sound of worship so loud that the stars far away hear about how. You made us diamonds from gold. You made me whole. You turned water into wine. There was darkness. Now You're shining. You're light in every part of my soul. You made diamonds from gold. You made me whole. You turned water into wine. There was darkness. Now you're shining your light in every part of my soul. The diamonds come cold. Let all the Lord's diamonds proclaim Holy. We join with heaven the same Holy, holy we join with heaven the same.

Speaker 2:

Holy, holy you alone as the doorposts shake, holy as the earth quakes. Holy we proclaim Amen, amen, amen, amen, worshipping the King. We're going to go from that to dancing. Y'all Come on. I feel like the world we used to live in is gone. It's not coming back forever. On and on, we go through this life from dawn to dawn, afraid every day, afraid of what we cannot see. I know there must be a better way for me. Oh, when I look up to your sky, I realize that your breath of life Is still lifting me above it all. When I look up to your sky, I realize that your breath of life Is still lifting me above it all. I'm lifting over everything. Your love is my elephant, taking me up higher than I have ever been. I know there is nothing greater than the love you show to me time and time and time again. So I'm not looking back no more to the world, and all the wish I could and should Are things I've never done before. I'm pressing on toward the goal For the prize of the upward call, as you're calling me up over, above it all. When I look up to your skies, I realize your breath of life Is still living me above it all. Your love is my heaven, taking me up higher than I have ever been. I know there is nothing greater than the love you show to me time and time and time again. Your love is my heaven, taking me up higher than I have ever been. I know there is nothing greater than the love you show to me time and time and time again, as you're calling me up over, above it all. When I look up to your skies, I realize your breath of life Is still living me above it all. I'm slipping over and over again. Your love is my air of fate, taking me up higher than I have ever been. I know there is nothing greater than the love you show to me Time and time and time again. You give and you give is like air to my wings. I'm living up from the dirt, the whirl and all of its things, because your love is the elevator, taking me up over and above my everything. Your love is my elevator, taking me up higher than I have ever been. I know there is nothing greater than the love you show to me time and time and time again. You give and you give. It's like you're through my wings. I'm living up from the dirt, the world and all that it brings, because your love will be ever greater, taking me up over and above my everything. I'm here dancing y'all. Yo, we got a party going on here at Place on Word Headquarters. Yeah man, living life baby. Oh man, oh, my guitar solo coming up. Check it out. Yeah, amen, I forgot how much fun that tune was. Oh man, wow, yeah, we're going to have to put that out. Oh man, we got something else for you. I're going to have to put that out.
